Last night, I went to the American Idol finalists taping and after party with a friend and found the most amazing events photo booth company! Seriously, I have never looked so good! There was a guy operating the booth and legit positioning people for their best look.  I was a little weirded out at first because he was very particular and was positioning my face and telling me to lean in and yadda yadda. However, it was Sooooo worth it! Both my friend and I looked super fab and quickly became obsessed with HD Photo booth.

 The events photo booth from HD Photo booth makes everyone look so amazing because they put each picture through a skin/exposure filter before printing them out and this makes people look younger and more radiant! The design of the booth is very minimalist and sleek! All the major studios in LA use them as well as festivals such as Coachella and Sundance! The next time you want to have a photo booth at a party, hire this one! People will rave!

Weddings Night Out

I am so super excited to announce another party that I am doing with Pottery Barn! Welcome to Weddings Night Out..a party where couples can find everything they need to plan their wedding! The event will feature DJ consultations, wine tastings, invitation making, bridal dress shows, photo booth pictures, eye lash extensions, appetizers and cocktails! Wahooo what a fun night. This event will be held February 21st from 6-8pm and I would love for everyone to come. No need to be getting married either. You can still come, have fun and enjoy tons of complimentary swag!

LA Bacon Festival

Yup, you read it right! There is going to be an LA bacon festival in February and I am beyond excited! What a fun event for the dining diva in us all. I can’t wait to taste all the savory and sweet dishes they whip up with this old time classic ingredient. The festival is only for one day sooo I wanted to give you a heads up before it gets sold out. The LA bacon festival will be held on February 9th from 2-6pm at the Peterson Auto Museum so get on it befor it sells out!

The Phoenix has recently opened on La Cienega in Beverly Hills and is one of my new favorite places! It has a cabin/back woods feel mixed with city chic  to create a fun but relaxed atmosphere. The Phoenix has an array of craft beers and a steak frites that is to die for! The bar is also super easy to deal with when setting up parties and reserving areas.

This year, CHILL will be styled by veteran LA-based event design and production company, Chad Hudson Events.  The new design evokes a classic approach to winter whimsy, inspired by the clean and sophisticated look guests experience when entering a W Hotel. Chad Hudson and team will focus on playful, holiday inspired vignettes in each rink-side cabana beginning with a palette of white, black, gold and silver. Z Gallerie’s elegant and dramatic lighting fixtures and holiday accessories will provide the area with a feeling of hip winter nostalgia and holiday sparkle. Hints of neon will add surprise and delight to the holiday festivities. 

More exciting new surprises this season include private skate lessons with top-level coaches and professional performers on select dates and special performances by StudioSK8® on Saturday evenings at 8PM,. As a charitable tie-in for the season of giving, the W Westwood is partnering with Z Gallerie, to help raise awareness and funds for the Pancreatic Cancer Action Network with a special fragrance candle. Additional features include snowfall every hour, skate-up E-WOW cabana, featured bar serving winter cocktails such as Spin, Spin Sugar and the CHILL Pick Me Up, and a Kids Corner on weekends for holiday gingerbread cookie decorating and more. Cold spectators and skaters can enjoy delectable comfort foods in a rink-side cabana and warm up with specialty cocktails from The Backyard’s “Ice Bar”, managed by Choice Hospitality Group.
